Scoring
How points are awarded
| Result | Points |
|---|---|
| Each game won | 1 |
| Bonus — team winning the most games | +1 |
| Bonus — team sweeping all nine | +1 |
| Maximum for one match | 11 |
Because there are nine games, one team always wins the majority — there is no tie. A normal match therefore splits 10 points between the two teams, and only a sweep puts 11 on the board.
A run is recorded per player, in the Run box for the frame in which it happened. Runs do not affect points; they go on the 8-Ball Runs honor roll.
