Format & Schedule
The End of Season Tournament is held twice per year at the conclusion of each season:
- January - June season concludes in late June
- July - December season concludes in late December
Start times and specific dates will be announced as each season concludes.
Eligibility
- Top half of teams from each league qualify
- Players must have minimum of 5 plays during the season
- All players must be in good standing
Tournament Format
- Double elimination bracket
- Follows official BCA 8-ball rules
- No coaching allowed during matches

- No additional entry fee
- Entry fee already paid throughout season
- Cash prizes for top finishers
- No trophies awarded

- 1st Place — $1,200
- 2nd Place — $660

Tournament Rules
Official Rules
- All matches follow official BCA 8-ball rules, including no headphones or earbuds.
- Double elimination format — one loss sends you to the loser's bracket, second loss eliminates.
- No coaching is permitted during tournament matches.
- Players must have participated in a minimum of 5 league plays during the season to qualify.
- Start times and check-in requirements will be announced before each tournament.
- Cheating of any kind will not be tolerated. Any unsportsmanlike conduct, improper behavior, or disruptive actions may result in penalties up to and including immediate disqualification from the tournament.
- Forfeits will not be taken lightly. Any team that forfeits a match may be disqualified from the next tournament they qualify for.
- Each team will have a scoresheet. Write down your lineup, then share with the opposing team. Lineups must be revealed at the same time.
- Matches have a 90-minute time limit. Watch your time.
- A break and run counts as a 10–0 win.
- Slow matches may be asked to play on two tables if available.
- Only eligible rostered players may play. See the attached roster list.
- If you are rostered on more than one team and those teams play each other, you may sit out or choose one team to play for.
- Players on multiple teams may be needed by both teams at the same time. Individual matches may be skipped if a player is unavailable due to shooting for another team.
- Handicaps will be used with a maximum of 15 points per match.
- In the event of a tie, each team will choose one player to play a single game to determine the winner.
- Bikini Bottom asks that you do not use black or red chalk on the tables. Thank you.
